Cleaning and Clearing

I can assist with vendors for hauling, charity donations and short or long-term storage needs. A professional exterior/interior cleaning is imperative to make the home sparkle before public showings.

Cosmetic Upgrades

The smartest return on investment a seller can make would be to invest in painting, refinishing floors, upgrading landscaping and other cosmetic improvements. My expertise in selecting paint colors, carpet styles and light fixtures will guarantee the optimum first impression.

Staging

A properly staged home will sell for a higher price. Buying a home is an emotional experience; thus, presenting a beautifully staged home is in your best interest. Buyers spend more time engaging with a property when it is well-staged. Costs for staging can be more reasonable than you think.
