Meet Amanda Martin

Hi, I'm Amanda

I’m a real estate agent based in San Francisco and Marin.
I discovered my love for real estate early on, tagging along to Bay Area open houses with my mom.

I’m with BarbCo Real Estate, a family-owned brokerage with roots going back to 1952. I help people navigate buying and selling in San Francisco and Marin with a clear, thoughtful approach.

I’m a 4th-generation San Franciscan who’s lived all over The City, Glen Park, Bernal Heights, and Noe Valley and know it inside and out.

I bring that same perspective to Marin after years of getting to know its towns and the different pockets within each one.

I donate 10% of every commission to charity - my version of non-religious tithing.

I also co-host a podcast, The Bay Insider, with my friend Ying, where we talk all things San Francisco real estate and neighborhoods.

These days I'm calling 3 acres of peaceful land in San Anselmo home, but I still spend most days in The City.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing yoga, taking photos, biking, running, paddleboarding, or hiking with my dog.
